WELCOME TO NORTH TEXAS ADJUSTMENTS.

Founded by a former desk adjuster, North Texas Adjustments combines decades of policy expertise with detailed on-site inspections to deliver the maximum insurance payout possible.

Homeowners are not getting proper insurance claims assistance, and that’s because many professionals are not qualified to negotiate over terms in insurance policies.

Founded by a former desk adjuster at a major U.S. carrier, NTA handles the claim, brings peace of mind to the homeowner, and makes sure that there is clear communication between all parties.

What is insurance for? Restoring pre-damage property and home values.

When disaster hits, there’s nothing better than stability and assurance for homeowners, and an experienced public adjuster is the best way to maintain normalcy and take care of the problem.

I take the lead on claims.

From the moment I step onto the property and sit down with the homeowner, the insurance claims process gets clearer and easier for everyone involved.

The scope of work and dollar value for every claim should match what’s covered and what needs to be done to actually fix the damage.

Before field-adjusters arrive at a client’s home, I’ve already completed a detailed estimate, and I do that for good reason.

Field-adjusters come squared away. They know what pictures they’re going to take; they know what pictures they’re not going to take. I watch, note what they missed, and bring binders of information backed by policy when it comes time to talk to the adjuster in the office.

MY NAME IS CHRIS GASCA. MY JOB IS TO SECURE LARGER CLAIMS FOR HOMEOWNERS.

How do rational people see a $15,000 job and get a claim for $8,000? It comes down to a complex little process involving documented damage and policy language. The effect is to chip away value from every single instance of damage until the claim no longer covers the damage, and you can’t afford to take on the project.

As a former desk adjuster, I know damage and policy, and I always win.

With me, those tricks don’t play so well because I worked as a desk adjuster at a major insurance company, and I know exactly how their processes work. I beat these guys every day.

Expect trustworthiness, experience, and leadership—otherwise, PAs are useless.

Trust matters in this business. Homeowners need to know that there will be a check at the end of the claims process, and that the amount is sufficient to repair covered damage. I’m the one who’s going to deliver that check to you in person.

Grow claims and projects for revenue that cover and exceed my 10%.

Here’s a summary of what I can do on projects involving storm, fire, water, and hail damage:

  • Increase scopes of work so that all damage covered under the policy is repaired or replaced.
  • Add value to claims by offering verifiable evidence during negotiations.
  • Coordinate claims between homeowners and insurers.

Homeowners deserve compensation regardless of insurance company foot-dragging and filibustering.

Homeowners experience hail, wind, water, and fire damage, and it is critical that homeowners can count on fair pay-outs. When it comes to negotiating the terms of a policy, insurance companies have to speak with me.

THE THREE-PART PROCESS

I fight for homeowners, outmaneuver insurance adjusters, and deliver project scopes that match the damage.

Conduct an initial inspection, work through the claims process with the homeowner, and leave with a signed letter of representation.

A “letter of representation” means that I can legally represent the homeowner in all matters relating to their claim. So, when the claim is disbursed, my name is on the check. That means homeowners get a thorough, high-quality repair or replacement.

Put together an estimate, file the claim, and set an inspection date with the field adjuster.

As a public adjuster, I’m always going to beat the field adjuster to the project site. I know the actual damages by this point and have an estimate in hand. So, I can watch them as they miss or ignore damage and undervalue the costs. Typically, I identify at least three work items for every one the field-adjuster finds.

Keep the pressure on the insurance claim, communicate the status updates to homeowners, issue the invoice, and deliver funding for covered repairs and replacements.

From this point, it may take a week for the desk adjuster to get back with a claim amount. I’m going to present photographs that match the policy language and go back and forth as long as it takes. I wear them out. Then, it’s a matter of itemizing, invoicing, and securing a check for the claim amount.

When the job is completed, the homeowner can move forward with the necessary repairs or replacements.

TESTIMONIAL

From a homeowner.

“Chris Gasca saved me and my husband’s retirement plans. We put everything into maintaining our home so that we could sell and downsize. A storm hit us, and the hail damage was literally obvious. A contractor directed us to Chris. He found and got approved for us at least twice as many damage claims/instances as the insurance company wanted.

I recommend Chris for EVERYONE because if we did not get the roof repaired and didn’t know about the water damage inside our attic, then we wouldn't have sold in time to pay three kids college tuition. I don't understand how he got our insurance provider to increase the claim amount, but it happened. So grateful. Thank you, Chris.”
