WELCOME TO NORTH TEXAS ADJUSTMENTS. LET’S TALK ABOUT INCREASING YOUR CLAIM.

Increase the claim value of perils—hail, wind, water, and fire.

Customers expect insurance claims assistance from contractors who specialize in building, not negotiating terms in insurance policies. Plug us in, and we’ll handle the claim and run clear communication between all parties.

No more wasted time or missed opportunities—just higher value on insurance claims and a growing book of satisfied customers.

Higher insurance claims sustain home value for owners and increase profitability for contractors.

Increase volume and value of repair and replacement jobs, and deliver critical support and assurance to clients with a smart public adjuster on the team.

I take the lead on claims. You focus on completing the work.

From the moment I step onto the property and sit down with the homeowner, consider yourself released from the insurance claims process.

Status updates come to you promptly and only when necessary. Homeowners are my responsibility. The insurance company is my responsibility. Do what you do best. No noise or confusion with documentation, invoices, emails, and so on.

Get paid in-full for every project.

For contractors, the biggest concern is getting paid in full from homeowners. When I lead the process, I represent the homeowner, and I file the claim. All parties are in agreement, and my name is on the check.

The bottom line is that I pay you, the contractor, directly for the full price of the project.

Increase the scope of work and dollar value for every claim.

Before field-adjusters arrive at the client’s home, I’ve already completed a detailed estimate, and I do that for good reason.

Field-adjusters come squared away. They know what pictures they’re going to take; they know what pictures they’re not going to take. And they have a decent understanding of how their documentation will benefit their employer.

I watch. Note what they missed. And when it comes time to talk to the adjuster in the office, I bring binders of information backed by policy.

That’s a lot of detail, I know. The point is that securing a larger scope, the correct scope, that matches you and the customer’s goals isn’t magic. It’s a matter of experience, knowledge, and strategic thinking.

TESTIMONIAL

From a contractor.

“Chris has changed the SOP here. The traditional idea was to skip the small jobs and kind of file them away or just eat the 10% and do the job anyway. It’s a volume game. But I can recommend Chris because he produces work orders and checks as fast as we can move to the next project. Appreciate Chris and enjoy working together.”

MY NAME IS CHRIS GASCA. MY JOB IS TO SECURE LARGER CLAIMS FOR HOMEOWNERS & PAY ABOVE 10% IN VALUE FOR CONTRACTORS.

How do both homeowners and contractors see a $15,000 job and get a claim for $8,000? It comes down to a complex little process involving documented damage and policy language. The effect is to chip away value from every single instance of damage until the claim no longer covers the damage, and you can’t afford to take on the project.

As a former desk-adjuster, I know damage and policy, and I always win.

With me, those tricks don’t play so well because I worked as a desk adjuster at a major insurance company, and I know exactly how their processes work. I beat these guys every day.

Expect trustworthiness, experience, and leadership—otherwise, PAs are useless.

Trust matters in this business. Contractors spend money on materials and equipment and are short on time. You need to know that there will be a check at the end of the claims process, and I’m the one who’s going to deliver that check to you in person.

Grow claims and projects for revenue that covers and exceeds my 10%.

Here’s a summary of what I can do for contractors who take on projects involving storm, fire, water, and hail damage:

  1. Increased scopes of work and happy customers
  2. Above 10% in added value for every claim
  3. No more back-and-forths between clients and insurers

Deliver homeowners’ wins regardless of insurance company foot-dragging and filibustering.

Homeowners will bring hail, wind, water, and fire damage projects to you, and the majority of those projects are going to be high-value. You’re likely a highly competent contractor. You know damage when you see it, but that can only take you so far in the process.

When it comes to negotiating the terms of a policy and increasing the scope of work, that’s where insurance companies can legally refuse to speak with you. With me, we’re going to have a talk.

THE THREE-PART PROCESS

I fight for homeowners, outmaneuver insurance adjusters, and deliver contractors larger, more profitable scopes of work.

Conduct an initial inspection, work through the claims process with the homeowner, and leave with a signed letter of representation.

A “letter of representation” means that I can legally represent the homeowner in all matters relating to their claim. So, when the claim is disbursed, my name is on the check. That means contractors get paid for the project the homeowner hired them to do, and the homeowner gets a thorough, high-quality repair or replacement.

Put together an estimate, file the claim, and set an inspection date with the field adjuster.

As a public adjuster, I’m always going to beat the field adjuster to the project site. I know the actual damages by this point and have an estimate in hand. So, I can watch them as they miss or ignore damage and undervalue the costs. Typically, I identify at least three work items for every one the field-adjuster finds.

Keep the pressure on the insurance claim, communicate the status updates to you and your customer, issue the invoice, and pay you in full.

From this point, it may take a week for the desk adjuster to get back with a claim amount. I’m going to present photographs that match the policy language and go back and forth as long as it takes. I wear them out. Then, it’s a matter of itemizing, invoicing, and securing a check for the claim amount.

When the job is completed, I pay you.

TESTIMONIAL

From a homeowner.

“Chris Gasca saved me and my husband’s retirement plans. We put everything into maintaining our home so that we could sell and downsize. A storm hit us, and the hail damage was literally obvious. A contractor directed us to Chris. He found and got approved for us at least twice as many damage claims/instances as the insurance company wanted.

I recommend Chris for EVERYONE because if we did not get the roof repaired and didn’t know about the water damage inside our attic, then we wouldn’t have sold in time to pay three kids college tuition. I don’t understand how he got our insurance provider to increase the claim amount, but it happened. So grateful. Thank you, Chris.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a licensed public adjuster?

Absolutely, I hold a public adjuster license from the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI).

I’m confused. Do you also help homeowners with insurance claims?

Yes, of course! It’s my first priority to make sure that any potential claims relating to perils or guarantees covered under your homeowner’s insurance are more than enough to cover the cost of repair and replacement.

When homeowners like you get larger claims, contractors can afford to provide quality repairs. Everybody wins here.

What rate do you charge?

A flat 10% is what I charge on every job.

How soon can you get to the job site?

I can be there the same day you contact me or, if it’s past seven o’clock, the next day. The bottom line is that I’m available within 24 hours to get to work, rain or shine.

Increase insurance claims for hail, wind, water, and fire damage.

Homeowners get the right claim for the job. Contractors deliver quality work, close more projects, and gain happy customers. Let me handle it, and we all come out winners.
